Cancellation Policy

Service & Repair Booking Policy Scheduling Appointments for oil changes, brake service, and general maintenance can be booked online through our website. You can choose to drop off your vehicle or use our pickup service — we'll come get it and bring it back once service is complete. Turnaround Time Turnaround depends on the job. Some services are completed same-day; others — depending on parts availability or the scope of repair — may take longer. We'll communicate an expected timeframe when you book and keep you updated throughout. Diagnostics & Estimates A diagnostic fee applies when diagnosis is required to identify the issue. Before any repair work begins, you'll receive an estimate. If additional problems are found once your vehicle is with us, we will always contact you for authorization before performing any work beyond the original scope — nothing extra is done without your approval. Payment Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and card. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is applied as a credit toward your next service with us — it's never lost, just carried forward. Warranty Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of service or repair performed and will be communicated to you at the time of service.
